Slytherin is filled with bigots, Gryffindor is filled with proud assholes, and Ravenclaw is filled with snobs. Sounds like the only house I'd be able to tolerated the people in it is Hufflepuff. Ironic, given your current set.

Way to generalize. The majority of Slytherins were prejudice against muggle-borns. This is established canonical fact. The only one who doesn't completely suck is Snape.

I'm not denying that, but not every single Gryffindor was an asshole, and we know so little about Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff and what kind of students they attracted.

Um... we know exactly what kind of students they attracted. The Sorting Hat said as much in the first book.

I don't remember reading about any snobbish Ravenclaws in the books, and while some of the Gryffindor students were kind of asses, there were others who were friendly to be around.

Yes, and nowhere in the song does it say anything about proud assholes or snobbish students. Gryffindor members do have a lot of pride which can be a good and bad thing, I'll give you that. But that isn't what I meant in my previous post. People have different layers and aren't defined by one or two traits.
