Gaia better not think this made them even. She was still a vigilante who thought herself above the law and a murderer in Jehanne's eyes. For a while it looked like she finally escaped the wrath of Bane's army, making it to the back exit of the prescient to look for help, but that was when she saw two more hot on her trail. Jehanne quickly closed the door of the back entrance and pushed the nearby dumpster to block the door to buy her time as she headed for her patrol car. She needed to get out of range far enough to call the mayor for assistance.

Kids these days. Kragen shot his grappling hook onto Gaia's platform and zipped through the air, snatching the explosives out of Gaia's hands and then rolling off the platform falling down to the floor while Gaia led Bane out of the prescient. By the time Kragen got up to his feet, the muscle men came for him, and they received a sound grenade for their troubles. The sound grenade threatened to tear apart their eardrums as Kragen unloaded more bullets from the Krysae to penetrate their shields and armor to reach their flesh.

Gaia created projectiles from the platform she rode on and hurled them through the air to intercept the missiles, causing them to erupt mid-flight before they can reach her. After that, Gaia lowered herself a bit more to the ground and raised up her hands, the ground beneath and around Bane's position turned to liquid and began to envelope Bane before it would solidify again to encase him in concrete.
“Stay! Good doggy.”

So much for cutting Bane off at the entrance. This time it was Garrus' turn to flip over a desk to keep the soldiers at bay while he used his omni-tool to overload their shields taking them offline and firing at the armor's known weak points for maximum damage.

As if Gaia's hand gestures weren't enough for Bane to be suspicious, the disruption in the ground was more than enough warning that something was amiss and his body reacted accordingly, leaping away from the liquidized state of the ground he was on and switching to the Krysae for more precise shots.
The duo sent after Kragen was injured by the sound grenade and the bullets bypassed their armor forcing them to bleed. Despite this, the two went on on pure adrenaline and charged at the Ex-Soldier, putting all their weight into the charge coming in like a freight train.
Garrus was successful in disabling his enemies' shields and exploiting the weak spots in their armor. This didn't stop their advance as they too charged at Garrus, throwing their fists into Garrus to punch him as the rogue soldier who returned from the basement joined in making the battle three against one.
The dumpster was able to hold off the troops for a time, but eventually it was no match for their enhanced strength and they broke through. Now searching for Jehanne's whereabouts.

Jehanne was already in her patrol car starting up the engine when the two men broke through her barricade. She drove out into the road and pushed her foot down on the gas as hard as she could to provide enough distance between herself and Bane's soldiers as humanly possible. Once the coast was clear she took out her cellphone and began dialing, holding it up to her ear while steering. "This is Detective Wilson of the Kansas City Police Department. We're under attack by the escaped convicts! Everyone is dead, please send help!"

Sarah was sat at her desk outside of Dracula's office when the phone rang. She picked it up and answered with the same lines she always spewed when somebody new called, "City Hall, how may we serve you?" Sarah listened to Jehanne on the other end, and despite how dire the situation was kept the same calm tone she always held while at work. "One moment please."
Sarah put Jehanne on hold and then patched through to Dracula's speaker phone, "Sir, the police department is under attack. Shall I call the governor and request he send in the National Guard?"

Dracula shook his head, even though Sarah had no visible way of seeing it, and stood up from his chair.
"By the time the National Guard arrive more people will be dead."
The Mayor removed the long sword that hung on the wall on display and tied it up to his waist. He left his office and walked right past Sarah's desk as he spoke, "Prepare the car. I will deal with this matter myself."
Dracula entered the elevator and waited for Sarah to join him.

Kragen got knocked back through the air and down the hallway where Jehanne was last seen. The old man rolled backwards over the ground and got up to one knee this time aiming his shots for the heads of the two men to put an end to this fight quickly.

As soon as Bane held up the sniper's rifle, Gaia tapped into the natural planetary magnetism stopping the bullets as soon as they left the barrel of the weapon and let them fall to the ground before bending the barrel of both the sniper's rifle and missile launcher rendering them useless in this encounter as she landed her platform on the ground.
“It's over, Bane! Give yourself up!”

Garrus was forced out of the police station from the advancing men and that was when he noticed the current state of the ground. The turian waited for the trio to come to him and as soon as they did, he spun out of the way leading them straight into the liquid ground where they were washed away by the remaining current, his eyes catching the solid casing where he presume Bane was supposed to be.
The turian had no love lost for Bane, but for now would have to entrust Gaia with the task of keeping him occupied while he returned inside the police station to assist his friend. Holding up his rifle and firing on the remaining two soldiers from behind while Kragen took care of the front.

Interesting. Bane was curious whether or not Gaia could tap into the magnetism from the Earth. From this, Bane theorized that Gaia also had limited gravity control. What else could she do? This would be the perfect test of Gaia's abilities. Something that many scientists wished they could see up close for themselves.
"Do you believe me reliant on weapons?"
Bane marched towards Gaia, quickly closing the gap between him and the red and green heroine as he swung his massive arm against her chest. Even without Venom he was a very imposing man and more than strong enough to give anyone a hard time at close quarters. Something Gaia would have to learn the hard way. At least she was dressed appropriately.
The trio fell into the liquid and fought with the currents until they pulled themselves up on solid ground and returned to the inside of the police station to finish off Kragen and Garrus. The two soldiers that Kragen and Garrus fired upon dropped onto the ground allowing the bullets to past them and hit the two through friendly fire.

"On hold? Seriously? You put me on hold?!" Jehanne made a sharp turn in her anger and nearly ran a couple of cars off the road. She ignored the ensuing middle fingers the drivers gave her as she made her way to City Hall. She could go home and let the mayor do his job, but Jehanne wasn't one to sit on the sidelines. She had to do something!

"Understood."
Sarah took Jehanne off hold.
"Help is on the way."
Sarah hung up and grabbed her keys, walking over to the elevator Dracula was standing in. Spinning the keys in her hands as she walked.
"This should prove most interesting."
She stepped inside the elevator and the doors came shut.
((We'll arrive next turn so go ahead))

"Damn."
Looked like the drug didn't take away all their intellect as they were smart enough to take advantage of their situation. Kragen got hit in the chest by the bullets and fell back onto the ground. His breathing quickened from the damage as he slowly got up to a crawl and saw the men gaining up on Garrus.
"Behind you!"
